Sergio Lividini grew up in a large family involved in every aspect of building both commercial and residential space, including catastrophic cleaning and rehabilitation, demolition, new builds and restoration, including with private owners and developers, corporate developers, and municipalities. He has owned and managed several successful construction companies for thirty-five years, working with insurance companies, homeowners, business owners, subcontractors, and developers. His extensive experience working with all construction business gives him a unique perspective when serving as an umpire. He’s been on countless construction sites, both commercial and residential and has decades of real world experience with estimation software, trade practices, and labor and material costs.
