Welcome to Tertzag Dispute Resolution. Kara Tertzag Lividini provides timely, affordable, fair, and positive alternative dispute resolution for attorneys and their clients through skillful negotiation and thoughtful communication. She has a proven track record for accommodating schedules, precision preparedness, connecting with litigants, and achieving positive results. Kara dedicates her practice solely to alternative dispute resolution and does not engage private clients. You can be assured you will not find yourself in an adversarial position with her on another case.
She will happily host in person at her Birmingham offices or via Zoom or other remote connectivity.
Before becoming a full-time facilitator, Kara's two decades of experience began at Plunkett Cooney PC and continued in-house at Ford Motor Company. She grew up witnessing her father, Hon. Kaye Tertzag's, passion for justice and fairness. She’s been a certified mediator for eight years, dedicated to helping parties achieve positive alternative dispute resolution outside of court.
Kara has a wide range of nationwide litigation experience, appearing before judges across the country and negotiating multi-million dollar cases with both plaintiff and defense litigants. She was on the front lines of the legal practice before shifting roles and appreciates and respects the important role of attorneys in the facilitation process. She looks forward to working with you to meet all of your alternative dispute resolution needs.
